Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we do not provide refunds to the original payment method except where required under applicable law.

All returned products are subject to a mandatory quality inspection before approval.
Where an eligible claim is approved, Store Credit will be issued instead of a cash refund.
Store Credit:
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued for the equivalent product value.
After we receive the returned product:
The product will undergo a quality inspection.
Once approved, Store Credit will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
Customers will be notified by email once the Store Credit has been successfully issued.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
However, if we verify that:
we will reimburse the reasonable return shipping charges upon submission of the courier receipt.
Note: We currently do not provide reverse pickup services.

Once an exchange or return request is approved:
