15-Day Return Policy
You may return most items purchased from Ruchi Crest within 15 days of delivery. The return window starts from the date the order is delivered to your address, as confirmed by our courier partner.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined in Section 2 below. Returns initiated after the 15-day window will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
For a return to be accepted, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
Items that do not meet these conditions will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
The following categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
If you receive a non-returnable item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Go to My Account > My Orders and find the order containing the item you wish to return.
Select "Return" and choose a reason
Click the Return button next to the item and select a reason (e.g., size issue, quality concern, not as described, changed mind).
Schedule a pickup
Our courier partner will pick up the item from your doorstep within 3-5 business days. Please ensure the item is packed securely with all tags intact.
Quality check & refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@ruchicrest.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
After we receive and verify your returned item, refunds are processed as follows:

For COD orders, we will contact you to collect your bank account details for processing the refund. Please ensure the bank account is in the name of the account holder who placed the order.
Shipping charges (if originally paid) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered by us.
We offer free exchanges for size and colour variations within the 15-day return window, subject to stock availability.
Exchange for a completely different product is not available. In that case, please return the original item and place a new order.

If you change your mind before the order is shipped, you can cancel it directly from My Account > My Orders. Cancelled orders are refunded within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return as described above.
