Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges

For orders below Rs.499, a flat shipping fee of Rs.49 applies. This nominal charge covers packaging, handling, and delivery costs. Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Delivery Timelines

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

During sale events, festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Eid), and public holidays, delivery timelines may be extended by 2-3 additional business days due to high order volumes. You will see an updated estimated delivery date at checkout based on your pincode.

3. Our Logistics Partner

All orders are shipped through Shiprocket, India's leading logistics aggregator. Shiprocket partners with multiple trusted courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and Shadowfax to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

The courier partner for your order is automatically selected based on your delivery pincode, package weight, and serviceability to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order at any time by:

• Logging into your account and visiting My Account > My Orders.
• Using the tracking number on the Shiprocket tracking page.
• Contacting our support team with your order number.

Tracking updates may take 12-24 hours to reflect after dispatch, especially for orders picked up late in the day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most serviceable pincodes across India. COD eligibility is determined at checkout based on your delivery address.

• COD is available on orders up to Rs.5,000.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• A small COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
• For orders above Rs.5,000, we recommend using prepaid payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking) for a smoother experience.

6. Delivery Areas

We deliver across India, covering 29,000+ pincodes through our Shiprocket logistics network. This includes all metro cities, state capitals, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most rural areas.

Non-Deliverable Areas

In rare cases, delivery may not be available to certain remote or restricted areas. If your pincode is non-serviceable:

• You will be notified at checkout before placing your order.
• If an order is placed and later found to be undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or process a full refund.
• We are continuously expanding our delivery network. You can check back later or contact us for assistance.

7. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:

• Branded packaging with tissue paper wrapping for a premium unboxing experience.
• Tamper-proof courier bags or boxes for added security during transit.
• Eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected receipt of) your order:

• Damaged package: If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please take photos and report immediately.
• Wrong item received: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
• Missing items: If any items are missing from a multi-item order, contact us with your order number.
• Non-delivery: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with neighbours or building security, then contact us.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our services to international destinations. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@ruchicrest.in and we will do our best to assist you.
